Analyst Supply Chain I Inventory Planning

Skills & Experience:

Education:  Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management or Logistics, or equivalent work experience

Experience:  1+ years of experience working in an Inventory Control, Materials, Purchasing, or Production Planning environment.

Additional Skills & Abilities

•             Proficient in the use of ERP Software, such as Mary Kay Inc.’s Business Systems (WMS/JDE/JDA) or SAP; must be able to navigate functional applications, interpret signals accurately, and make sound business decisions based on the data. Must have intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel to understand and analyze department system reports and interface the data with Purchase Order and MRP signals.

•             Must communicate in a professional, accurate, concise, and prompt manner with internal and external customers; must demonstrate effective communication to upper management as well.

•             Must demonstrate a beginning proficiency in Microsoft Excel to interface reports, purchase orders, and supply evaluations with system outputs.

•             Experience with JDA Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP), JDA Sequencing, and JDE Planning Systems preferred.

•             APICS certification or active effort toward certification preferred
