Analyst Supply Chain II

Skills & Experience

Experience:  3+ years with a strong background in analytic, Tableau, SAS, SQL, power queries in excel

Education:    Bachelor/University Degree

Education Focus:  Bachelor's degree required.  Supply Chain or Data Analytics preferred.

Skills & Abilities

·         Must have analytical and mathematical skills to be able to analyze trends in large data massive and suggest KPI and improvements.

·         Must have strong experience utilizing tableau, excel, SQL and SAS for analysis of data

·         Must possess effective oral and written communication skills in order to interface with other functional areas in the company.

·         Must be PC literate and proficient in Excel functionality in order to prepare various reports.

·         Must have organization and time management skills to work effectively with internal and external contacts.

·         Must be able to think innovatively to help solve routine inventory related problems and make suggestions for improvement.

·         Must have a general working knowledge in Mary Kay Inc. Business Systems (WMS/JDE/GPSPro/Agile).

·         Must have a basic understanding of supply chain processes for domestic and international markets.
