Experience: 5+ years brand management in corporate or agency environment
Education: Bachelor/University Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Online/Social Media Marketing
•This role requires a unique blend of strategic, analytical and innovative thinking, creativity, and technical proficiency, as well as strong project management and influence skills to drive best-in-class 360-degree marketing throughout the Company.
•The ideal candidate will bring proven integrated marketing experience with a passion for social media, working in a corporate environment and best-in-class creative development. Critical to this position’s success is the ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects with complete attention to detail.
•Demonstrates a broad spectrum of global marketing, PR, data analytics, social media, promotions and advertising ideation, program management.
•Must be able to help develop brand experiences from a consumer and Independent Sales Force point of view. This requires a high level of expertise regarding the Mary Kay Product line to be acquired and an understanding of general cosmetics and beauty care consumable and beauty customer segments at a detailed level, as well as understanding consumer and Independent Beauty Consultant needs/expectations.
•Must demonstrate diverse thinking and possess the sincere desire to work in a collaborative environment, dealing with numerous diverse cultures and environments and the resultant complexity. At the same time, must be able to balance brand objectives and global strategies with the local, cultural needs.
•Must be analytical to spot trends, understand KPIs and provide global roll-up of marketing programs in order to offer continuous improvement suggestions and tweaks.
•Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with management and provide direction to internal staff in the development of interactive marketing programs that are consistent with company objectives. Must have solid presentation skills and be comfortable presenting in front of large audiences.
•Must be able to partner with Agency and internal Creative partners and lead them in execution of established vision and objectives.
•Must be self-sufficient, able to prioritize and organize and possess a level of time and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with aggressive deadlines.
•Expected to be able to deal with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.
