Demand Planner III
Skills & Experience:
Education: Bachelor/University Degree Supply Chain or Statistics/Finance related preferred.
Experience: 5+ years
Additional Skills & Abilities
1. Must have analytical and mathematical skills to be able to analyze large amounts of data in a timely manner. Proficiency with statistical modeling, or economic and sales forecasting techniques and applications.
2. Broad knowledge and relationships across different parts of the organization: commercial, sales, marketing, product development, finance, and supply chain.
3. Deep knowledge in planning processes: demand planning, supply planning, new products introduction, material planning and S&OP process.
4. Must possess effective oral and written communication skills in order to interface with other functional areas in the company and international markets.
5. Strong PC skills with in-depth knowledge of MS Office tools, specifically MS Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
6. Must be able to think innovatively to help solve routine forecasting-related problems and make suggestions for improvement.
7. Experience using Tableau and developing queries preferred, but not required.
8. Must have a basic understanding of supply chain processes for domestic and international markets.
