Experience: 3+ years
Field of Experience: Engineering project management in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical or food industry.
Education: Bachelor/University Degree
Education Focus: Mechanical, chemical, electrical, process, packaging or industrial engineering
- Able to demonstrate thought leadership and influence beyond regular functions.
- Able to develop in-depth knowledge and advanced problem-solving skills and an awareness of Mary Kay priorities to achieve stated results
- Able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills to provide advice and overall technical direction for projects. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to function effectively in stressful, fast-paced situations, with the personal leadership to influence and positively motivate self. Upholds lives and delivers core values of the company.
- Able to demonstrate knowledge of process engineering techniques, tools, and principles
- Able to demonstrate strong project management and interpersonal skills and the ability to direct/motivate
- multi-functional project teams
- Able to demonstrate problem solving, troubleshooting and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to develop excellent written and oral communication skills required
- Must be willing and able to attend annual training and/or certification programs as needed to support the role.
