Education:
Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical, chemical, electrical, process, packaging or industrial engineering.
Experience:
2 years of experience in engineering project management in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical or food industry.

1. Able to demonstrate thought leadership and influence beyond regular functions.
2. Able to develop in-depth knowledge and advanced problem-solving skills and an awareness of Mary Kay priorities to achieve stated results.
3. Able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills to provide advice and overall technical direction for projects. 8. Ability to develop excellent written and oral communication skills required
9. Must be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally overnight approximately 10-20% of the time.
