KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Statistics or Operations Research. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience: 2 years of experience in a demand forecasting or financial analysis function. Previous experience should include familiarity with statistical modeling, or economic and sales forecasting techniques and applications.

1. Strong PC skills with in-depth knowledge of MS Office tools, specifically MS Excel, PowerPoint and Access. Strong analytical skills required to resolve complex tasks. Knowledge of SQL Query language beneficial.
2. Proficiency with statistical modeling, or economic and sales forecasting techniques and applications.
3. Experience using Tableau and developing queries preferred, but not required.
4. Experience using Python and R preferred, but not required.
5. Excellent communication and diplomacy skills to interact with non-financial areas within the Company, as well as markets where cultural differences exist.
6. Inquisitive, innovative, adaptable to change and possessing the aptitude to approach problems from various viewpoints.
