KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Education |
Bachelor’s degree (B.A, B.F.A.) in graphic design, or equivalent combination of training and experience. |

Experience |
3+ years of creative and graphic work experience in design studio, advertising agency or corporate communications environment. |
- Extensive knowledge of file preparation and mechanical building resulting in a press-ready file that passes pre-flight checklists. Strong understanding of the printing workflow management processes to prepare 1-color, 2-color and 4-color projects for printed projects.
- Strong digital design and production skills. Understanding of HTML design for Web and digital projects. App design skills using Adobe XD, Zeplin, or similar apps a plus.
- Proficient with Apple Macintosh computers. Highly proficient using Adobe Creative Cloud applications including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows operating system.
- Must be able to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once while keeping on track to meet deadlines. Must have strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with vendors and internal groups.
