Your Role
As a Machine Technician, you’ll be responsible for operating and setting up packaging lines to keep production running smoothly while ensuring high-quality standards. Key responsibilities include:
Production Line Operation & Optimization
- Set up and adjust packaging equipment for smooth production runs.
- Perform initial troubleshooting to resolve minor mechanical or operational issues.
- Train and support production team members to ensure proper line operation.
Autonomous Maintenance & Equipment Care
- Conduct routine inspections, cleaning, and minor adjustments to maintain machine performance.
- Identify early signs of wear and escalate maintenance needs before breakdowns occur.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to enhance equipment reliability and prevent downtime.
Quality & Efficiency
- Conduct in-process checks, including fill weight, coding, torque, and seal tests to maintain product integrity.
- Monitor line performance and make adjustments to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to optimize processes and resolve recurring issues.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Adhere to GMP and regulatory standards to ensure product quality and workplace safety.

Who We’re Looking For
Experience: 3+ years in a production environment, preferably in packaging or manufacturing.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Skills & Abilities
- Hands-on experience with packaging line setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of autonomous maintenance principles, including inspections and minor repairs.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Work Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
