Manager Corporate Engineering

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Education:           

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with Electrical preferred.

Experience:         

10+ years of engineering experience with 5+ years in engineering management

1.  Must have experience with ANSI/ISA-95 standard for MES development and experience with MES design and implementation.

2.  Must have experience with industrial networking and PLC’s, with experience related to both Siemens and Rockwell platforms desired.

3.  Has experience in engineering design and development of automation.

4.  Must have demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive strategic plans for an organization.

5.  Must have strong experience in manufacturing, specifically within cosmetics, CPG, food/bev., pharmaceuticals, or similar.

6.  Requires strong presentation skills and ability to distill complex subjects for an executive leadership audience.

7.  Must have demonstrated human relations skills to successfully resolve operational problems and employee relations concerns. 

8.  Must have demonstrated experience leading and managing teams. 

9.  Must be able to implement continuous improvement initiatives with proper change management techniques.

10.Must have a thorough knowledge of manufacturing regulations, GMP, SOP compliance
