Manager of Global Brand Development
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Education: Bachelors (MBA preferred) degree in Marketing or Business or equivalent applicable experience, plus
Experience: 7+ years, 5 years product/ brand management; 3 years with supervisory experience.
- Position requires a high level of creativity to successfully position products and deliver themes that are appropriate for the product line and fulfill Company objectives.
- Proven track record of project management required to lead the tactical aspects of the product development cycle. Prefer product management experience in cosmetics/beauty/fashion industry environment.
- Superior communication skills required to establish credibility and form business partnerships with clients locally and globally, to lead the Brand Development staff, to provide clear product/brand positioning, and to exchange information with individuals at various levels of the organization. Excellent presentation skills also required.
- Attend local industry/global trade shows. Some travel may be required.
