Manager Packaging Operations
1. Must have technical problem solving and
troubleshooting skills to manage the repair, maintenance and operation of
production equipment and direct the activities of technical subordinates.
2. Must have keen management skills to cost
effectively meet operational objectives, maintain production schedules, and
ensure product quality.
3. Must have demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
to successfully resolve operational problems and human relations concerns.
4. Must have a intermediate level of knowledge of
manufacturing regulations to conduct routine housekeeping and GMP walk-thru,
monitor SOP compliance, monitor safety compliance, and implement corrective actions.
5. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to interact effectively with assigned personnel and both internal and external contacts.
