KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Experience: 7+ years relevant experience in developing curriculum and education in a corporate setting. 5+ years supervisory experience
Education: Bachelor/University Degree Education Focus: Journalism or Communications is required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required to build partnerships, exchange information, and resolve problems diplomatically. Good presentation skills mandatory.
- Must have organizational, creative and conceptual abilities to assist in strategically developing and implementing new education programs and materials.
- Knowledge of graphic production and various types of media preferred to understand and oversee the process of producing various educational materials.
- Good analytical skills required to review programs and make recommendation to plan and manage a budget.
- General knowledge of MS office software and web-based educational development tools required.
