Project Manager, Europe & Global Sales Force Education

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Education: Bachelors degree in business, communications or education.  Masters degree in Education or business is a plus. 

Experience: 5 years of curriculum creation, educational facilitation and strategic management in a sales organization, educational facility or equivalent.

• Must demonstrate strategic thinking, business insightfulness and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to multi-task, be flexible and proactive.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and possess exceptional oral presentation skills for internal business audiences and external sales force audiences.  Communication and negotiation skills are also essential for vendor discussions, contract negotiations and technological support requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, organization and analytical skills are required to work successfully with country and region management team, provide support and guidance to country staff, analyze macro and micro trends in the area of education and analyze regional sales force statistics and educational opportunities.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.  Experience with Microsoft Publisher preferred but not required.  Must have experience in managing and creating content within a learning management system.
• Domestic / International overnight travel required approximately 30% of work time.
• Must be able to stand, sit and/or walk for extended periods of time.
