Project Specialist - Career Car
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Education |
Bachelor’s
degree or equivalent with an emphasis in business or a related field. |

Experience |
5 years of experience
business experience with emphasis in project management, customer service or
data analysis. In-depth knowledge of
the Mary Kay Independent Sales Force career path and in-depth knowledge of
the direct selling business model is highly preferred. |
1.
Leadership,
human relations, problem solving, and organizational skills are required to
effectively manage various projects, manage relationships to meet objectives
and communicate to key stakeholders.
2.
Must
have excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills to be
successful in interacting and communicating with all levels of management,
sales force, Mary Kay staff and vendors.
3.
Must be
proficient in utilizing PC software including MS Office to develop ad-hoc
reports, track productivity and develop presentations.
4.
A
working knowledge of the Internet and web sites is preferred to further
communications with car qualifiers and to assist in development and automation
of department programs and reports.
5.
Ability
to speak Spanish is beneficial, but not required, to communicate effectively
with Spanish-speaking independent sales force members.
6. Must be able to travel approximately 10% of
the time.
