About the Role
Support the development and execution of the European Sales Force Education strategy in partnership with the Manager, Sales & Education – Europe.
In this role, you will serve as a key partner to markets, delivering engaging digital learning experiences through the Link & Learn platform. You will manage content, organize curriculum, and use performance insights to continuously enhance learning effectiveness.
Working across regional and global teams, you’ll help bring education strategies to life, ensure alignment with business priorities, and contribute to high-impact initiatives and events such as NSD Assembly, NSD Summit, and Dallas Seminar. This is a highly collaborative role where your ability to connect strategy, execution, and insights will directly support market success. Key responsibilities include:
Regional Education & Market Partnership
Support execution of the European Sales Force Education strategy
Serve as a primary contact for markets on digital learning and LMS initiatives
Partner with regional and global teams to deliver aligned education programs
Provide guidance and tools to drive consistent adoption while supporting local needs
Learning Management System (LMS)
Manage day-to-day operations of Link & Learn, including content, curriculum, and reporting
Coordinate delivery of digital learning to maximize engagement and relevance
Leverage data and feedback to identify gaps and improve learning experiences
Maintain alignment with regional standards while enabling market-level flexibility
Program & Event Support
Support planning and delivery of key events, including NSD Assembly, NSD Summit, and Dallas Seminar
Contribute to content development and ensure alignment with education strategy
Capture insights and extend event learning into ongoing digital education
Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
Partner with Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, and Global Education teams
Serve as a resource for education tools, best practices, and program adoption
Contribute to global education initiatives and committees
Support consistent communication and implementation across markets
Insights & Continuous Improvement
Analyze program performance and learning trends to identify opportunities
Provide recommendations to enhance content, delivery, and learner impact
Share regional insights to inform global education strategies
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Education, Business, or Communications preferred)
Experience: 3+ years of experience in curriculum development, training delivery, or sales education
Strong communication and presentation skills, including engaging large audiences
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Collaborative and adaptable, with experience working across teams and regions
Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven
Comfortable working in a global, matrixed organization
Ability to quickly learn the Mary Kay Independent Sales Force structure
Ability to travel internationally (up to 10%)
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS)
Experience with Articulate360 or similar tools preferred
Canva or other design platform experience is a plus
