Specialist, Integrated Marketing and Social Media
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Education – Bachelor/University Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Online/Social Media Marketing. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience – 3+ years of experience in social media and community management in a corporate or agency environment.
· The ideal candidate will bring integrated marketing experience with an expertise in social media and working in a corporate environment.
· Ability to create TikTok content and social media education that keeps up with the latest trends and a full range of execution from filming to copywriting. Enthusiastic on-screen personality with the ability to engage and excite audiences while building community.
· Best practice knowledge of social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
· Demonstrates proficiency in global marketing, PR, social media, promotions, and advertising ideation, as well as basic program management skills.
· Must be able to support development of brand experiences from a consumer and Independent Sales Force point of view. This requires an understanding of the Mary Kay products, beauty industry and Independent Beauty Consultant needs to be acquired.
· Must be creative, solution-focused, and willing to work with others to identify fresh ideas.
· Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills and is comfortable presenting in front of large audiences.
· Ability to deal with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.
· Must be a Brand Ambassador for the Mary Kay Brand and ensure all tactics adhere to Branding guidelines and global social media strategy.
