Sr. Project Manager, Product Marketing -Latin America

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES     
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or business related function required. 

Experience: A minimum of five years brand management experience successfully leading and executing strategic marketing, branding, and product management within the beauty industry is highly preferred. 

1.    Must be fluent in Spanish and/or Brazilian Portuguese.
2.    Broad strategic thinking ability required to address challenges of multiple diverse markets and determine appropriate course of action.
3.    Excellent interpersonal, organization and analytical skills and a broad knowledge of company policies and the dynamics of Direct Selling are preferred to work successfully with multiple regional and corporate based teams. 
4.    Ability to multi-task and be flexible. Ability to prioritize workload and support a team with different functional responsibilities.
5.    Excellent English oral and written communication skills are required in order to develop business cases, initiate outlines and drafts of presentations; prepare initial drafts of packaging copy; and assist in the review and approval of copy. Must possess sensitivity and awareness to cultural differences and the ability to create partnerships with subsidiary staff.   
6.    Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
7.    Domestic/International travel required approximately 10% to 15% of work time.
