Education: Must have a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience OR an Associate degree with 5+ years of experience
Experience: Engineering, Cosmetic or Manufacturing
Additional Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to understand the business and make sound business recommendations.
- Must have a proven ability to demonstrate leadership skills in a team environment.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with subordinates and other Manufacturing personnel.
- Must have organization, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills in order to analyze equipment problems and isolate root causes
- Must be flexible to change shifts and/or schedules due to changing business needs.
