KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Education Bachelor’s degree in related field, e.g. Supply Chain, Business, etc. – Supply Chain degree or concentration preferred
Experience 1+ years in Manufacturing/Supply Chain planning systems
1. Must possess the ability to work cross functionally across all levels of the Supply Chain and Brand Development organizations and build positive relationships within.
2. Must be proficient in Mary Kay Business Systems or top echelon ERP and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems. Additionally, must be proficient in use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
3. Must possess strong organization/project management skills, and be detail oriented to meet project timelines, documentation and product data integrity expectations. Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels within the division.
4. Must possess passion for excellence in data, processes, and customer service. Requires a self-motivated, self-directed person capable of managing project expectations and optimizing business processes.
5. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to support global needs.
6. Spoken and written proficiency in Chinese, Spanish, or Russian may be required to support Asia Pacific, Latin America, or Europe respectively.
