KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:    
Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain related field of study.

Experience: 3+ years of supply chain experience, preferably in warehouse, distribution and logistics with some knowledge of the automatic storage and retrieval system.  Supervisory experience is preferred.

Working hours maybe 7:00am-4:00pm or 8:00am - 5:00pm


1. Must have effective oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of employees and management, with the ability to write detailed procedures and reports.

2. Must have technical problem solving and troubleshooting skills in order to work with the repair, maintenance, and operation of ASRS equipment and direct the activities of the staff. 

3. Must have experience with warehouse data and automated equipment management systems (such as WMS, JDE, EMS, CMMS, Agile, LIMS) to perform daily functions, and the ability to interpret data within various reports.

4. Must have a baseline understanding of the rules and regulations related to the storage and distribution of consumer products as described by EPA, DOT, OSHA, FDA and cGMP.  Must have knowledge of hazardous materials/dangerous goods rules and regulations for the DOT, IATA, and IMDG regulations.  Must be able to secure and maintain all training and/or certifications as required by governing regulations.

5. Must understand the transportation industry including trucking, air, and ocean carriers and the local, state and federal regulations associated with each carrier. 

6. Must act with minimal guidance from management and is trusted to make good business decisions based on demonstrated knowledge and professional experience.

7. Must have a sense of urgency in order to respond to operations changes, emergencies, and deadlines. 

8. Domestic / International overnight travel required approximately <5% of work time.

9. Must be able to lift a minimum weight of 50 lbs.

10. Must be able to stand, sit and/or walk for extended periods of time.

11.  Hours: Working hours maybe 7:00am-4:00pm or 8:00am - 5:00pm
