Education

Bachelor’s
degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Management or related discipline. |
Experience |
1-2 years of corporate project experience, preferably
in a direct sales or marketing environment, or applicable college coursework
commensurate with job requirements. |
1.
Experience working in a fast-paced, highly
dynamic environment is helpful.
2.
Must be organized, have a strong attention to
detail and be self-directed to successfully work on multiple projects
simultaneously with minimal supervision of tasks.
3.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
required to work successfully with a diverse group of individuals, including
internal partners and the independent sales force.
4.
Ability to obtain the assistance of subject
matter experts and to maintain open two-way communication with internal
departments to collaborate on upcoming projects and promotions.
5.
Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet,
and graphic presentation software is required.
6.
Mid-level analytical proficiency required in
managing excess inventory/pink sale programs.
7.
Speaking, reading and writing Spanish skills are
a plus.
