Waste and Purified Water Technician
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Education: High School required. Associate degree or higher in a related engineering or science field preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years' experience working in Waste & Purified Water in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Skills & Abilities
- TCEQ Wastewater Operator License and Purified Water Certificate/License required
- Advanced troubleshooting skills and knowledge of preventative maintenance for water treatment systems
- Experience in cosmetic, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing with FDA/GMP knowledge
- Strong ability to read, interpret, and implement technical work instructions, manuals, and regulatory documents
- Strong communicator with the ability to clearly explain technical issues to all cross functional parties.
- Ability to handle and move equipment and machinery weighing up to 60 lbs. and perform intricate repairs requiring fine manual dexterity.
- Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis & Continuous Improvement (use of methodologies like Six Sigma, PDCA, or 5-Why for process optimization).
Work Schedule
- Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
