KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Education: Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in accounting, economics, finance or a related field. Master’s degree or JD preferred. Must have a CPA certification or be a licensed attorney.
Experience: 3-6 years of relevant international tax experience; 0-3 years of experience with a Master’s degree.
1. Solid research and analytical skills.
2. Quantitative skills and strong software skills, including MS Excel and tax software to conduct financial modeling, financial analysis, etc.
3. Written and verbal communication skills to gather and prepare responses to audits and communicate tax information to employees at various levels and agencies in other countries.
4. Organizational, interpersonal and time management skills and the ability to work independently necessary to obtain and organize relevant documentation, perform multiple activities simultaneously and adhere to deadlines.
5. Foreign and domestic travel required on an occasional basis.
