Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or
related field preferred. |
Experience |
5+ years of sales management,
sales support, or business growth experience dealing with complex, sensitive
human relations issues in order to analyze, motivate, and provide solutions
to drive sales and meet customer needs. Must have experience analyzing
compensation, marketing, sales, or business growth plans. Experience with business
growth or entrepreneurial environments is preferred. |
1.
Must have excellent interpersonal and
communication skills (including public speaking) to form a strong relationship
with the sales force.
2.
Must have knowledge of business management and sales
growth techniques, and experience with business coaching.
3.
Must have demonstrated ability to collaborate
well with others to achieve common goals.
4.
Must have demonstrated ability to influence
others in individual and team environments.
5.
Must have demonstrated ability to analyze data
and reports quickly and make sound recommendations.
6.
Must be able to utilize a PC and spreadsheet
software to prepare sales and recruiting analyses.
7.
Must be able to travel approximately 30 - 35% of
the time.
8. Experience
developing innovative educational programs and solutions preferred.
