   Education:  High School diploma or equivalent
   Experience: 1 year of manufacturing experience

Additional Skills & Abilities

• Ability to use basic hand tools to disassemble and reassemble processing machinery.
•   Ability to follow proper safety procedures to ensure correct assembly of processing equipment and to prevent injury to self and others.
• Must be able to stoop, crouch, kneel, and lift 50 pounds independently in order to disassemble, reassemble, repair, replace, adjust, inspect, and maintain processing machinery and sanitize fillers and other machine parts.
• Shift or schedule change may be necessary due to changing business needs.
• Ability to interpret and apply Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI).
